LOST IN THE LENS:
This activity contains a lot of action, movement and trust. An example for trust is if you were out taking pictures of wildlife and your so lost in the lens, that you don't realise the animal that is coming towards you is coming closer and closer and your so lost in the lens you forget the danger your actually in. It is so important to have someone there you trust and are able to reply on to keep you out of danger and put you in safety.(war photographers). |
TRACKING SHOT
The Tracking shot is quite a simple method of taking pictures and videos i guess. It is mostly used in cinematography. But you can also see these types of shots in Formula one, or any types of racing, Football games, Sports games and any sort of activity that has to be recorded with swift movement involved. Usually, tracking shots require very very high end equipment, and that equipment is placed on a rail and is moved around to capture the movement of actors. These types of shots are very expensive. Usually more experienced photographers use this, or movie makers ( I think movie makers have dominated this type of shot though).

PANNING
For this shot, we followed the bike with our cameras (our bodies not physically moving) and took shots of it to create a panning shot. We had to focus our cameras on Mr Marwood and make the background blurry. Taking this shot was hard, because you have to get the shutter speed right, and you've got to be focused on the bike and his body.
